The Marie-Claude Rousseau School of Irish Dancing, is taught by Marie-Claude, who received her TCRG in 1986. Situated in Verdun, the school has been growing continuously through out the years.
The main focus of the school, is to allow dancers to learn and have fun in a friendly environment, and to encourage them to be the best dancers they can possibly be. Although competition is not a main priority, the school does excel with those who decide to compete. Dancers travel year round to compete in various cities, such as: Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Niagara Falls, St Catherines Ont, Syracuse NY, Watertown NY, Albany NY, and Rockland County NY.
Our school also takes part in dances for hospitals and residences on a volunteer basis. We enjoy the opportunity to have a community presence and creating liveliness through our dance.
